No Strings Attached

No strings attached means you do not want a relationship, and you say that before the other person has to guess.

Say no relationship first

Leave it out and you will spend the night undoing a story you did not agree to. "We'll see" leaves it open. So does "casual". Say no strings. If you want the same person again next week, say that on friends with benefits. Mixing the two in one chat is how people get angry.

It covers the morning after too. You do not owe a recap, a rating, or a plan for next week. If you want to say you got home, a short note is plenty. If they ask for a weekend you did not offer, repeat the first line.

Can I change my mind later?

Yes. Say the new limit plainly. A hint does not change it, and neither does a mood.

What should I refuse?

Your workplace, your home address, and any payment. No strings is not a reason to skip those. If they ask for a gift card, stop.
